Biography

As media director, Lynnae oversees all strategic media research and development, planning and implementation for clients. Lynnae has more than 30 years of experience in advertising, public relations and marketing working with a variety of national, regional and local clients. Her expertise spans the gaming and tourism, public utilities, banking and healthcare industries. Her advertising career began in television in 1972 with KCRL TV and moved into the agency arena in 1974, working with several small and large agencies. Prior to joining the Rose/Glenn team, Lynnae worked as media director and account supervisor with another Northern Nevada agency for seven years. In addition to her career, Lynnae teaches at the Reynolds School of Journalism at the University of Nevada, Reno (UNR) and Truckee Meadows Community College (TMCC). Lynnae has taught "Media Buying and Planning" at UNR for 25 years and "Introduction to Advertising" at TMCC for 20 years. She also has taught "Introduction to Advertising" at UNR and "Introduction to Marketing" at TMCC. Lynnae has been recognized in the marketing community numerous times in her career. She has been honored five times with the most prestigious national advertising award, the EFFIE (awarded by the American Marketing Association of New York City), awarded to campaigns that have strong marketing, media and creative strategy with measurable results.
